About Us
Tools built for the work, not the pitch
Momentum Automation is a US-based product studio building specialized, professional-grade tools for industries that have been underserved by software. We focus on niches where the existing options are either enterprise-priced, over-engineered, or simply don't exist.
Every tool we build does one thing exceptionally well. No subscription traps. No dashboards full of metrics nobody asked for. Just focused, fast tools that help people get real work done.
Live tools today
We currently offer six production tools, each built for a distinct professional use case:
More coming soon
We're actively building new tools across a range of professional sectors. If you're struggling with workflow friction in your industry and existing software isn't cutting it, there's a good chance we're working on something for you — or we'd like to hear from you.
Industries in our development pipeline include:
- Field services & contractor dispatching
- Legal document drafting and client intake
- Agricultural operations and crop tracking
- Logistics, fleet management, and load planning
- Healthcare practice and patient scheduling
- HR, compliance, and onboarding automation
- Nonprofit grant tracking and donor management
- Restaurant operations and supply ordering
Building with purpose
We don't chase trends. We find workflows that haven't been solved well and build the best tool for that exact job. New tools release when they're ready — follow us to hear first.
Our commitment to security
Every Momentum tool ships with enterprise-grade access control: 2FA authentication, invitation-only user registration, owner-controlled admin portals, and SHA-256 encrypted credentials. Your data stays yours — we don't sell it, share it, or mine it.

How We Built TrenchIQ: Software for the Trench
A deep dive into what it takes to model OSHA-compliant excavation data, dewatering physics, and VDOT specs in a mobile-first browser app. And why it took much longer than we expected.

Why One-Time Pricing Wins for Professional Tools
We chose lifetime pricing with 2-year update windows for a reason. Here's our thinking on why SaaS subscriptions are a poor fit for specialized professional tools — and what business owners actually want.

The Software Gap in Civil Site Work
Most construction estimating software assumes you have a $20k/year budget and a team of 50. We built TrenchIQ and SitIQ for the contractor who does the takeoff themselves on a laptop after dinner.

Designing ArrowPay: Invoice Software for People Who Hate Invoice Software
The market is full of invoicing tools. Most are either too simple or require a CFO to configure. This is how we found the middle path — and built in multi-currency, 9 tax regions, and GAAP compliance from day one.

What We're Building Next (and Why)
We have a short list of industries we're moving into and the tools we're planning. Not everything is ready to announce. But for the ones that are — it's going to be a productive year.

Documentation
Getting started with Momentum tools
Quick-start guides and reference material for every tool in the Momentum suite. Comprehensive documentation is in active development — more added with each tool update.
Security — all tools
How access control works
Every Momentum tool uses an invitation-only registration system. Here's the flow:
- The owner signs in at the Admin Portal (top-right "Admin" button)
- Under Invitations, the owner generates a 6-digit code and shares it with the intended user
- The user registers with the code, creating their own account with a personal password
- The owner approves the registration under the Users tab before access is granted
- All sign-ins require 2FA verification
Default admin credentials
Each tool ships with a default admin password. Before going live, navigate to Admin Portal → Security → Change Admin Password. The default credentials banner will disappear once the password is updated.
Session management
Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Each tool stores its data independently — BusiTracker users cannot see Asaase Wura data, and vice versa. All credentials are SHA-256 hashed; passwords are never stored in plain text.

FAQ
What is an invitation code?
A 6-digit code generated by the tool owner. It authorizes one new user registration. Codes are single-use and can be generated from the Admin Portal under Invitations.
Can I use Momentum tools on mobile?
Yes. All tools are mobile-first and responsive. They work on any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Some tools can be installed as PWAs (Progressive Web Apps) for an app-like experience on your home screen.
How do I reset my admin password?
Sign in to the Admin Portal, go to the Security tab, and use the Change Admin Password form. You'll need your current password. If locked out, clear your browser's local storage for that tool's domain and the default credentials will be restored.
Is my data shared between tools?
No. Each tool stores its data completely independently. There is no cross-tool data access — BusiTracker has no visibility into Vault data, and so on.
Are there more tools coming?
Yes — multiple tools are in active development across field services, legal, agriculture, logistics, healthcare, and more. Follow the Momentum blog for announcements.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Send us an email and describe what you encountered. We read everything and typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Full documentation in development
Detailed API references, video walkthroughs, deployment guides, and tool-specific tutorials are being written now. They'll roll out alongside the next product updates.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Momentum Automation ("we," "us," or "our") operates the tools and services at momentumautomation.tools. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our products.
Data we collect
Our tools operate client-side. User data including account credentials, inventory records, invoice data, property records, and financial information is stored locally in your browser's storage (localStorage) on your own device or your own hosting environment. We do not operate central servers that collect or retain your tool data.
If you contact us by email, we retain the content of your message and your email address for the purpose of responding to you.
Data we do not collect
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertising systems or behavioral tracking on our tool pages. We do not collect analytics on your usage of tools beyond what you generate yourself within each tool.
Cookies and local storage
Our tools use browser localStorage to persist your data and session state. This data remains on your device. Clearing your browser storage for a tool's domain will remove all locally stored data for that tool.
Security
Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 before storage. Sessions expire after 30 minutes. All access is protected by 2FA authentication. We recommend that tool owners change the default admin password before deploying to production.
